HON 210 Series Drawer Full-Suspension Legal File Review

Advise to ALL ...do not ever order a filing cabinet online. Ours arrived damaged (carton did not indicate damage, but product inside was). Return has been a major hassle that took multiple calls and e-mails before, several weeks later, the damaged filing cabinet was finally picked up. PIckup driver too acknowledges the number of filing cabinets being returned because the packaging is not adequate for typical shipping (light styrafoam in the corners in not enough). I have yet to see the return credit on my credit card, but will be watching this closely too. Ordered replacement filing cabinet (for same price) from local office supply company (Staples) who had it here the very next day via their own delivery trucks and with absolutely no damage. In the furure, I think I will reserve Amazon purchases to books !
