This is my second Poultry Button. I panicked when I broke my first! I roast my chicken outdoors on a gas grill at 500 degrees and I used to use the traditional methods of deciding if my chicken was done (leg moves easily, juice runs clear when leg is pierced, etc.) Once I got the button, I found out I was generally cooking it 15 minutes longer than I really needed to. It was good before but now it's great! Skin is still crispy and meat is even juicier. I like that you don't have to keep placing it and taking it out, you place it before the chicken goes on the grill.
