Buddhist Temple Blend - 1/4 Ounce Natural/Resin Incense Review

this has a beautiful fragrance and can burn for a long time. TO answer some basic questions:

1.This is not self-lighting/burning incense.This has to be used with a charcoal.The best type are the asian bamboo or coconut ones that are not self-igniting.Those use salt-peter and can add an off smell to your incense, especially a natural one like this one.

2. Be aware that you don't need a large amount of it on the charcoal, as it can really smoke up the house if you use too much.

3.Make sure you have it in a good fireproof dish that is out of the way of dog's tails and kid's hands.If the charcoal does not burn a hole in the rug, a bunch of this smoldering incense will.

4.It is made from little chips, it is not a powder.The 1/4 ounce bag is small.If you plan to use it everyday with your meditation rituals or whatever, you will definately want to order a larger size.This one may have 10 - 12 large pinches worth in the bag.

Overall, I LOVE the scent.It is not harsh or chemical, and works beautifully.
